free click & collect service:

available during our shop opening hours. generally a collection will be available the day after you have ordered. if you are in a rush, or not sure, email us at hello@rubyhue.co.uk

uk wide royal mail deliveries:

usually dispatched within 1-3 days, and sent via royal mail tracked 48

post and packaging - £3.50

free delivery: you will qualify for free delivery on orders over £30

​ruby hue cannot accept responsibility for a delay in the delivery of the items caused by the delivery service. please be aware that at peak times e.g. christmas, and during certain events, or adverse weather conditions, delays may occur

a delivery is not classed as missing until 14 days have passed since the order. if you still have not received your order at the end of this period, please get in touch and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement
