payment
when ordering online, payment is required at the time of purchase in £ (pounds sterling).

ingredients and allergies
each item in the online shop has it's ingredients listed for you to see before purchasing, and every item we send also has the ingredients clearly listed on the back of the packaging. should any information appear missing, or you have any further queries, please contact us and we will be happy to help. all products are made on site at our chocolate factory & café, which is an environment that handles nuts and dairy.
we use many local suppliers for our ingredients, therefore we cannot guarantee our products to be free from traces of nuts, milk or gluten.
should a customer choose to purchase from us, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction to traces of products in the chocolate.

refunds
due to the edible nature of all our products we do not offer refunds as standard. however, should you be unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to to arrange a replacement for you.
